NASPA Undergraduate Fellowship Program

NUFP is a mentoring program sponsored by the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) for students wishing to explore and better understand the field of student affairs and higher education.

The fellowship is a two-year commitment, where participants meet regularly with an assigned student affairs professional that serves as their mentor. The fellowship offers the chance to attend local and national conferences, paid summer internships and scholarships for graduate school. Selected students are responsible for completing a project that supports the efforts of a department within the Division of Student Affairs at the University of Arkansas.
